Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Veiled Bead Extensions (VBE), we are committed to providing the highest quality education, certification, and luxury hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and services, including proprietary intellectual property and digital access, we have established the following strict refund and cancellation policies.

1. VBE Certification & Educational Programs

All sales for VBE Certification, online courses, masterclasses, and educational materials are strictly non-refundable.

When you purchase a VBE Certification or any educational program, you are granted immediate access to our proprietary intellectual property, trade secrets, specialized techniques, and digital content. Because this knowledge cannot be "returned" once accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once the purchase is complete.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to a refund or chargeback. If you are on a payment plan, you remain legally responsible for completing all remaining payments regardless of whether you finish the certification program.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

The VBE method, curriculum, videos, manuals, and all associated educational materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Veiled Bead Extensions. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, downloading, or screen-recording any course materials
• Sharing your login credentials with any third party
• Teaching, reselling, or repurposing the VBE method to other stylists without explicit authorization
• Using our materials to create a competing educational program

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, revocation of your certification status, and potential legal action for intellectual property infringement.

3. Alma Hair Extensions & Physical Products

For physical products, including Alma Hair Extensions and tools, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it
• Unopened, with all original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals completely intact
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Opened or tampered hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to hygiene and quality control standards.

4. Return Process for Physical Goods

To initiate a return for eligible physical products, please contact our support team at support@veiledbeadextensions.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We take intellectual property theft and payment fraud seriously. Any attempt to issue a chargeback or dispute a valid charge for our certification programs will be considered a breach of contract. In the event of a chargeback, your access to all VBE platforms will be immediately revoked, and we reserve the right to submit your agreement to this policy, along with proof of your access to our digital IP, to your financial institution and/or a collections agency.
