Our Story

Twenty-four years behind the chair. Eight of them fixing the same row.

I came to this country with $50 in my pocket and thirteen years already behind the chair. No clients, no connections, and no experience with the sewn-in extension methods that were taking over the American market. I learned them the way most stylists do — on paying clients, with my own name on the result.

Over the next decade I built Will Wyatt Concept in Orlando from nothing, and in 2018 extensions became the core of it. I worked every method on the market — Brazilian knots, I-tips, K-tips, tape-ins, every beaded row system out there — and I kept meeting the same four failures. Corner beads by week three. Tension on the hairline. A row she can feel on the pillow. And the free redo that costs you an hour of unpaid chair time and a paying client you had to turn away to make room for it.

Veiled came out of eight years of fixing that. I still take clients five days a week, and I teach the class myself — ten stylists, one room, my hands then yours. I am not a brand selling you a label. I am the stylist you can still call after you have paid.

Our Philosophy

A method you can adapt, not a script you repeat.

Brands do not teach a method. They sell a label, and most of them stop caring the day your card clears. The method is either too rigid to bend to the head in front of you, or so cult-like that you end up doing the brand’s marketing without ever understanding what you bought. I would rather you understood the seat well enough to argue with me about it.

What We Stand For

Our Pillars

Comfort

Day one, and the first night on the pillow. If she can find the row with her fingertips, the install failed — whatever it looks like in the photo.

Concealment

The weft lays flat against the head. No ridge to catch a comb, no bead sitting on its corner waiting to pop.

Authority

You leave with your own signature service, not a borrowed identity. I am not building a following. I am building stylists who do not need me.

Customization

Density, head shape, growth pattern, and how she actually lives. Every install mapped to the head in front of you, never to a template.

Honesty

No cult, no scripts about other people’s methods, no claims I cannot back. Ask me a hard question and you get the real answer — including when the answer is that I do not know yet.

Longevity

The row should hold past week eight and the hair should still look like hair at month nine. Anything short of that is a redo you have not booked yet.

The Ecosystem

Veiled Reserved

Veiled Reserved is the hair the method was built around. Single-donor, cuticle-aligned, super double drawn, sorted to a five-percent-or-fewer short-strand standard and audited at the spool before packing. Genius weft construction, so you can cut anywhere without unravelling and move the weft up at maintenance instead of buying it twice. Professional-only, because a method this dependent on the weft cannot survive commodity hair.

The room

Learn it from the person who still does it.

Ten seats, one day in Orlando. $2,850 for the class — $2,100 for the first five to close. My hands, then yours, until the install is yours.
